Ron Carter
Founder and Sales Manager​​​​​​
Ron's true calling lies in empowering others, a commitment that he believes is the essence of professional fulfillment.
His journey, from a physically demanding role at a 40-stall horse ranch to serving with distinction in the Army Infantry and culminating in his significant achievement as the Lead Financial Advisor for a $4 billion bond portfolio, is a testament to his dedication. With nearly a decade of experience in sales and sales management within the staffing industry, Ron has found his true calling in guiding others to find pride and success in their endeavors.​
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ron is a dedicated father of two and takes great pride in his extensive family network. He finds his greatest joy in witnessing his loved ones' successes and surpassing achievements, firmly believing in the profound satisfaction derived from hard work and accomplishment. These values are not just personal mantras for Ron; they are lessons he imparts to others, leading by example.​
Jeremy Nelson
Owner and Manager​​​​​​
Gratitude, ingenuity, persistence, and sincerity are a few of the hallmarks Jeremy has been well-known for throughout his life. He believes everyone can make valuable contributions when given the chance and that when you expect the best out of people, you give them the opportunity to amaze you. It’s his sincere interest in helping others understand their potential that has drawn Jeremy to BigFoot Staffing.

Jeremy was fortunate to work for high-growth urban mobility startups early in his career, where he ended up spending 15+ years managing operations in multiple cities and making hundreds of hiring decisions along the way. This journey reinforced the notion that the cost of hiring the wrong person far exceeds that of the additional investment needed to make the right hiring decision - which has become the foundation of his success ever since.
Nidia San Martin
Bilingual Recruiter and Account Manager
Nidia has been part of the BigFoot Staffing family since day one!

She has over 10 years of staffing and account management experience - during which time she’s become a highly effective placement specialist and account manager. Nidia is bilingual which enables her to support both English and Spanish speaking candidates alike! Her superpower is two-fold; firstly, she brings an innate intensity to everything she does and secondly, positive vibes seem to follow her everywhere. This is a powerful combination that her coworkers and business partners enjoy every day.

When Nidia isn't working: she’s working even harder - thanks to her focus on spending time with her extended family and caring for her children!
Kevin Lockrow
Recruiter and Account Manager​​​​​​
Kevin is an operations expert - which has helped him become one of BigFoot Staffing’s most successful Recruiters! He works tirelessly to understand the nuances of each clients’ hiring needs so he can create a scalable hiring program for them and become a valued part of their hiring team.

His selfless drive to contribute to the overall health of his employer and business partners has earned him multiple promotions throughout his career, and BigFoot Staffing is lucky to have him on the team. Kevin creates his own success wherever he goes and is one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet.

Kevin has always been intensely curious and he takes the time to observe, listen and learn how things work, so that he can step in and make the most of every opportunity. He approaches his personal life with the same rigor, and shares his passion for travel, wilderness, music and food with his wife and children.
Olivia Elliott-MacFadden
Payroll Administrator
Olivia’s unmatched level of patience, kindness, and attention to detail have helped her grow into a terrific Payroll Administrator for BigFoot Staffing. She developed these skills in her prior work as a technology consultant as well as through her time as a preschool teacher.

BigFoot Staffing originally crossed paths with her when she was interviewing for a role outside of our company: but our hiring team had such a great connection with her that we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to ask her to join the BigFoot Family!

Olivia is a member of the PDX playwriting community and is a continuing student of Meisner Method of Acting. Her positive nature leads to fun and rewarding daily interactions with clients, candidates, as well as employees - and she’s a terrific culture builder at BigFoot Staffing. She and her husband call North Portland “home”, and they are kept very busy by their daughter - who is an exceptionally skilled furniture climber and mischief maker.
Henry Pedro
Recruiter and Account Manager​​​​​​
Passionate and empathetic, Henry thrives on helping people accomplish their goals. His passion for helping others succeed started in high school while coaching a variety of youth sports and only grew over his +15 years of people management. Whether helping people find a first job, enter into a new field, or grow in their current industry - assisting others with taking steps to better their life is what gets him up in the morning.

He has a long record of success in customer service management, training, recruiting, and project management. Henry contributes his success to a belief that employees are the most valuable asset a company has and that they should be treated as such. He looks forward to utilizing his genuine interest in people to help them find new professional opportunities.

Outside of work, Henry is all about family; he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and pets. You’ll often find them playing games together, going on walks, or watching their favorite TV shows. His passion for helping people succeed and grow has been evident his entire life and he’s excited for the opportunities to continue with Bigfoot Staffing.
Tasha Cory
Recruiter​​​​​​
Positivity, compassion, and an absolutely unbeatable level of independent thought are a few of the top qualities that Tasha brings to the Bigfoot team. Provide Tasha with a modicum of guidance and she will magically “make it happen” while also being sure to seek guidance when needed; we’re very excited to put these attributes to good use on our growing team.

Tasha brings over 15 years of customer service experience to the table; during which time she thrived due to her strong work ethic and ability to achieve understanding in a variety of complex settings and scenarios. Her positive nature allows her to remain calm and uplifting during high intensity situations, so as to not just weather the storm: but to also throw life preservers to others in need along the way.
She hopes to inspire others to pursue their goals, and to create significant connections that have a lasting impact. While she enjoys being part of the BigFoot family, giving her own children the tools necessary to not only succeed: but to feel fulfilled with a job well done is her core driver. When not working, Tasha enjoys hitting the trails all over Central Oregon, spending time with a large extended family and traveling with her husband, two teenagers and her amazing mother.
